NOTE: I am NOT trying to make fun of anyone personally here, and I'm not writing this just to be mean. I'm JUST pointing out some observations I've noticed in the few years being involved in this fandom. That's all

Mojo Jojo: Typical Diabolical Cartoon Villain, Arch-Enemies with the Girls, Tries to take over Townsville numerous amount of times = PURE EVIL 

HIM: Feeds off Negative Emotions, Tries to psychologically damage the Girls several times, Living Embodiment of Sin = PURE EVIL

Fuzzy Lumpkins: Has a Bad Temper, Crude, HATES strangers touching his property = PURE EVIL

Amoeba Boys: Useless in every way possible, too pathetic to earn the respect of either villains or heroes = PURE EVIL

Princess Morbucks: Acts like a typical Spoiled & Rich Brat, Wants to become a Powerpuff Girl but can't due to having no powers/good intentions = PURE EVIL

Sedusa: Tries to seduce the Professor & Mayor, acts rude and bossy to the Girls, aside from her portrayal in "Aspirations" typically just wants to steal jewels, money and nothing more = PURE EVIL

The Gangreen Gang: In spite of ONE time trying to sway one of the Girls (Buttercup) to their side for their own gain & almost causing the deaths of the two other sisters (Blossom & Bubbles) through means that would've spared them anyway (hot boiling acid), they spent the rest of their time on the show acting like typical teenage hooligans/rebels & even helped out the girls one time to show they weren't THAT bad deep down = PURE EVIL

Mitch Mitchelson: Acts like a typical rude and rowdy little 5 year old boy, has no visible mother & father figure shown to help him learn right from wrong (and only lives with his single grandparent, who was implied to have constantly neglected/ignored him), lives in a rundown & poor trailer, ALMOST killed a hamster ONCE, teases a few of his classmates here and there but is still shown to be a loyal best friend to Buttercup regardless = PURE EVIL 

The Rowdyruff Boys: Brutally torments and beats up the girls, uses them as hockey pucks/punching bags, spits on them, throws scabs at them (along with other gross stuff), wants nothing more than to destroy them as revenge for killing them previously, bullies and endangers the lives of harmless civilians in the process, their only parental figures include two of the most powerful/evil villains in Townsville (HIM & Mojo) = NOOO THEY'RE JUST MISUNDERSTOOD LITTLE ANGELS, THEY DIDN'T MEAN WHAT THEY DID/SAID! GIVE THEM A CHANCE AND THEY'LL CHANGE WHEN THEY GROW UP <333
