I wasn't really planning on drawing ship art for Undertale considering how....well, let's not get into that BUT, out of boredom I thought I'd contribute a little something for my OTP, Muffeton/Mettamuffet~

Personally, I imagine their relationship to be a strange mix of business and pleasure: with Muffet's keen financing skills she would typically show up around the set of Mettaton's TV show to help take care of any bills or extra funding that needs to be made. All the other monsters around them don't think much of the two beyond just being business partners....until one day they take them completely by surprise by showing up on live TV, smooching and snuggling like little lovebirds

The reveal of their true relationship has some rather...mixed reactions from the Mettaton fanbase, but the more they see Muffet on stage the more they start warming up to the Spider lady. And hey, she usually has an offer of spider pastries just outside the exit of the set, so that's always a plus

Also a little sidenote: Am I the only one who imagines Muffet's voice to sound like a mix of Lord Dominator (from Wander Over Yonder) and Sardonyx? youtu.be/k7aZ5pdtsLw?t=1m21s Dunno why but it just fits to me
