Flash x Twi Foals: Redone~

Dunno if any of you remember my old Flashlight family  , but I've recently decided that I'm completely revamping that family. First, I've decided to switch the children's roles where Apollo is now the eldest kid (and a part of the main cast of Next Gen ponies as the lead character), and Galatea is now his younger sister with the addition of a new sister, FlickerFly. Second, I'm no longer going to use the story of Flash being missing in action and Galatea being out to go find him...'cause honestly, that story was a little too dramatic/complicated for me So, I'm simplifying it to a different story which'll explain why Flash Sentry isn't around in Equestria with the rest of his family...

Simply, because he's the Flash Sentry from the Human world, and has his own career (not sure what it is yet) and life there. He and Princess Twilight may not be officially married/together, but they're still very much a stable couple and still like to visit eachother from time to time via-the alternate magic portal Twi crafted during the RR movie. And yes, all three kids are born as ponies due to the EQ Flash visiting the Equestria world as a pony, and conceiving each kid with Twilight through this said pony form. Though his kids may not see him around on a daily basis, they still very much love him regardless. Hope that'll clear things up for now

Name: Prince Apollo
Nickname(s): Pol (pronounced as "Paul"), Polly (teasingly by his sisters and friends)
Species: Unicorn
Story/Personality:

As the oldest child of Flash and Twilight, Apollo has the most in-depth experience on what it's like to be the child of a Human and a Pony. Having had the most time going back and forth between the alternate worlds, Apollo has found himself more accustomed to human customs than pony. Not that he doesn't like being a Prince, but he feels more at home just chilling and having jamming sessions with his dad Flash. Apollo's a pretty talented kid in alot of hobbies, such as music, studies, combat, and so forth. One would think he'd let all these talents get the better of him and give him an ego...but nah, he's actually a pretty humble guy for the most part, if not a bit hot-headed when he's pushed too far. Not that he means to lose his temper so easily, it's just not easy when you have a neurotic mother and two sisters who tend to act more unruly then what's necessary. I mean, SOMEBODY has to try to keep the peace around here, ya know?

Apollo's special talent, outside of his minor ones, is the ability to create a magic healing fire that can be used to protect any wounded or sick. This is especially useful to teach outsiders that not all fire is deadly/dangerous, and can actually be used for the good of ponykind. Though this fire can't obviously heal ALL types of illnesses (like terminal diseases) or injuries (like life-threatening wounds), it's still something that Apollo is continuing to try to master to this day. 

Apollo and his dad have a very close bond almost like that of a pair of "frat boys"; often play-fighting and rough-housing but still willing to have serious heart-to-hearts when needed. He's pretty close to his mother too, who's very proud of the fact that he's a pretty talented unicorn (not to the same level as herself, but still). As much as his sisters tend to grate on his nerves, Apollo obviously still loves them enough deep down to try to defend them at all costs if anyone dares to mess with them. 
Though Apollo's perfectionism might turn off a few ponies here and there, he's still likeable enough for some to still befriend him (his closest compadres include those like some of the Mane 6 kids. But if there's one pony Apollo looks up to the most...it's Prince Ares, the only (adopted) son of Princess Celestia. With Ares' powerful presence and bountiful strength, Apollo often strives to gain the Prince's respect and one day serve alongside him in battle. Ares already appreciate's Apollo's friendship and thinks of him as a "little brother" as it is, but Apollo's just too stubborn to give up his "mission" (aka, "YOU WILL NOTICE ME SENPAAAAI~").

Name: Princess Galatea
Nickname(s): Tea (pronounced as "tay-uh")
Species: Unicorn
Story/Personality: 

As the second-born child of Flash and Twilight, Galatea is a little more on the "mixed" side when it comes to her feeling about being the child of a Human and a Pony. She's not overly freaked out about it, as he HAS visited the human world herself alongside her siblings, but she doesn't feel the need to leave her homeworld of Equestria either. She's a pretty lax mare as it is, so lax in fact that you wouldn't think she was a princess...with how she pretty much acts like a typical moody teenager (grumpy, always hungry, angry at the world, but mostly hungry). 

Having gone to both alternate worlds so many times, Galatea has alot of stories to tell for both friends on each side. So much, that her whole talent involves creating magical images of her adventures as she's telling the story...even if it ends up more dramatic than it needs to be. It really entertains the kids though, so whenever some little bugger is getting on Galatea's nerves, she'll whip up a tall tale to keep them occupied (and maybe even through in some scary pop up images, that always gets their attention). 

As far as family relations go, Galatea is has a pretty chill bond with both parents. She doesn't favor any of them, and looks up to them both in the same regard equally. As for her siblings though...eh, let's just say she'd rather take part in her little sister Flicker's lavish tea parties than to deal with her brother's high perfectionism. Hey, he's a total dork when he tries to take charge, can you REALLY blame her? 
For her other friends, they include those like Casper ((Trixie's son, who goes to the same school as Galatea)), with whom she holds a friendly rivalry with and who also has a secret one-sided crush on her. But she's obviously not gonna go for him anytime soon, as she already has the hots for a certain OTHER stallion, Bastian . 

Name: Princess Flickerfly
Nickname: Flicker (by pretty much everyone), Flitterbug (by her dad), Best-Pony (by herself)
Species: Pegasus
Story/Personality:

FlickerFly is the youngest child of Flash and Twilight, as well as the only Pegasus child born. Since she was the first non-Unicorn to be born to Twilight, her mother decided to give her father a chance to name her for once (since it was Twi who named the first two kids, out of obligation). Getting inspired by his daughter's beautiful golden eyes, Flash decided to give her the name "Flickerfly", as her eyes reminded him of two glowing "flicker bugs" (aka, fireflies sugoiinu.files.wordpress.com/2… ). Twilight found that totally cheesy, but still cute enough and accepted it as her new baby's name. 

Now as a growing little filly, FlickerFly is pretty content with her life as a princess. Expecting everyone to wait on her hand and foot, Flicker is in every sense of the word...a spoiled brat. Diamond Tiara ain't got nothing on this royal pain, as it's a wonder how her family can stand her anyway. Twilight is often frustrated with Flicker's antics, her siblings are more annoyed if anything, but strangely Flash seems to be wrapped around Flicker's little finger (err..."hoof"? lol). No matter how rotten she can be, Flash still views her as his little angel and would gladly drop everything to cater to her needs. With that in mind though...Flicker isn't exactly THAT keen on the fact of being the child of a Human and a Pony. In the Human world, she hardly gets any attention with her royal status being pretty much useless there (less some older kids go and pick on her), so she's more than happy to stay in the Equestrian world for as long as she likes. But she doesn't mind her daddy coming to visit her anyway, she still appreciates that fact. 

For now Flicker has no real cutiemark or special talent, being so young and all, but with her living it up as a rich little princess...she sees no need to go and search for it right now.
