Fire Nation Children: Zuko and Azula by PurfectPrincessGirl Fire Nation Children: Zuko and Azula by PurfectPrincessGirl
One of my favorite cartoons of all-time(aside from Powerpuff Girls, Ed Edd n Eddy, Danny Phantom, etc...) is Avatar: The Last Airbender. A really beautiful and amazing show, involving many themes such as war, elemental powers, and different theme deriving from Asian cultures and fantasies all over the world. If you never seen it, you should really go check it out :D

Here, we have two of the main crown children of the Fire Nation Royalty, Prince Zuko(who happens to be my favorite character from the show :D), and Princess Azula(Zuko's younger sister and one of the main antagonists of the show. Zuko probably has had the most character development on the show: In the First Book he started off as a misguided banished prince who wanted to capture the Avatar to restore his honor; then in the Second Book he begins to go off on his own as a Loner, beginning to show a more sympathetic side to him; finally, in the Third Book he repents for his past sins and begins to take the path to becoming a better person. As for Azula, I do not think of her as just a "pure evil" character. Sure, she's done some pretty horrible things in her appearences in the show, but I believe her to merely be a product of her father's manipulation, and that perhaps if she was given more time for development, she could show a chance of changing her ways. But...unfortunately, we may never know if she'll ever truly change...*sigh*

Zuko and Azula belong to Michael Dante DiMartino and Brian Konietzko, creators of the Avatar: The Last Airbender

Yeah.. I think from my point of view is that Azula was mostly heartless. She never had cared for her mother even though her own mom said I love you, and she just smashed the mirror with a comb to destroy her mother's picture from the mirror; which is mostly heartless..

Well, that might have been pretty heartless, but remember, in her mind she believed that her mother never loved her(she even thought that her mom thought of her daughter as a "monster"), so that moment when she smashed the mirror was probably out of anger of her mother's "rejection" of her.

I guess so she was pretty angry by the rejection of her and her mother. I guess she could be nice, just my opinion.

Yeah, pretty much. But hey, who says people can't change?

Yep. Mostly, how people change is their minds.
